Man...the last time I actually drew Neo had to be this image: [link] Sheesh....2007? Really? Man. Not too many changes this time around, was toying around with some crazy wierd sci-fi boot things. She's more of an alien-race/lizard hybrid then a dragon now, and is pretty much the cliche hard-headed "badass" who's brash nature usually leads her into trouble.
