Artist's Comments
Well after watching a horde of Sharkweek material, and being asked to draw her after such a long time of doing so, I simply couldn't resist drawing my character Kizeh!
Kizeh is basically my personal little race of Shark-Maids, and an incredibly old character at that! Heck the last time I uploaded anything with her involved was way back in 2005!
Kizeh was based on the Black Tip Reef Shark, and the first drawing of her I did was in 2000, when I visited the Seattle Aquarium for the first time. We had nothing like that back home in Alaska, so you can only imagine how excited I was! One of my favorite creatures in the whole world has to be Sharks in general, so it was only a short amount of time before I created a character design dedicated to them.
Some of you older watchers/fans may recognize her, some may not. Enjoy!
