Song Inspiration: Dash Berlin - Till the Sky Falls Down

I first head this song on the radio, and rather excitedly had to find it and share it with my friend, *-patches-, whom of which mentioned what she imagined to it. It involved Yewon in a crowd of people, wearing Yarrows jacket, looking kind of 'alone'. I simply had to try and pull the image off, and so here it is. This is at 50%, by the way, the original is pretty big.

As for WHY Yewon is wearing Yarrows coat, or crying, I won't explain, as it has to do with their ongoing storyline. But you can make your own assumptions. The lyrics also certainly say something about what's going on.

The people in BG aren't meant to be anyone specific.

Okay, okay, I'm done. But knowing the meaning behind this pic and having my character involved in the story kinda helps to get me a wee bit EMOTIONAL. =<

Seriously, this is a very impressive piece and probably one of your best ones to date with all the detail you put into it. It looks very excellent... Yewon is just dripping with emotion. (That sounds weird, but I don't know how else to say it.) I love how Yewon is really only the one in color here... Helps us focus on the main subject. Everyone else is just going on with their boring lives while poor Yewon is facing conflict. No one seems to notice... But everyone always has tunnel vision in a city.
You did an excellent job with the buildings in the BG. It really looks 3-D. And I looove the texture and the rain.

g'aw that's so moving the rain just looks so awesom I love how misty it all looks and yewons so full of vibrant color despite the fact he ish so sad T^T The background is spectacular but most of all I <3 the expression.

(I seriously just posted this as a regular comment, and not as a reply, OOPS)

Not just his jacket, but him since I talk about him too , *lol* I LIKE using that little © symbol, don't judge me! BAWWWW.

But seriously, thank you! I was really trying to snag at the heart strings, here, since it is really a pretty damn sad arc to their epic adventures. (But oh so deliciously tragic YES) I had tried to color the people, and after a couple hours, I just scrapped the idea because it looked too busy and weird. So dismal and gray everyone remained. I like that term, tunnel-vision, certainly suits that crowd.

I am scared I overuse rain in my work XD; so I'll just say...it's my PERSONAL THEME YES. *artsyfartsy*

Thank you for suggesting eet =B <3, your ideas are always fun! *hands you a hanky, and some tamarind balls, instead of bonbons lol*

I REALLY really love this one (sorry for the over-enthusiastic capital letters...). It really makes me want to know what's happening, I really love oc's with storylines along ;)

I also wanted to thank you about sharing music on most of your art. I also love associating music with characters and scenes X3. Mine have a couple of associated songs as well ^^

And Yewon's expression is very touching to me.
